When two thunderbolts are crossed it is called a Viswa Vajra. Viswa Vajra is the emblem of Amoghasiddhi. In Buddhist Tantra the word generally disignates Sunya or Void which cannot be cut, cannot be destroyed but which destroys all evils.
Commonly referred to as the "Wheel of Life" this classical image from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition depicts the psychological states, or realms of existence, associated with the unenlightened state.
